Andy's Angle Operational Update

As we begin 2025 we have some big changes coming to the Andy's Angle community.

We are producing excess returns, as discussed in our annual letter, with our flagship and speculative portfolios far outpacing market returns over the last couple of years... we beat everyone, and will continue to:

We want to expand on this success and ensure members receive the best possible opportunities to advance themselves financially.

Starting February 1st we will be merging Andy's Angle Newsletter with a new trading room with full chat features, trade alerts and education sections.

This new segment, on the Discord platform, will include four distinct sections that members will be able to choose from, including:

Day/Swing Trading

• Our first new function will be a day/swing trading segment, that will include full analysis and alerts on our best setups for the week.
• Full technical analysis as well as trade details.
• Better suited for those looking to seek the more active trading experience that the AA newsletter has lacked given the large research focus.
• Members can once again discuss their own ideas and receive various perspectives on their trades.

Algorithmic Trading

• This is where we expand our horizons to a new trading methodology.
• With our partners we have developed an algorithmic trade alert bot that will alert options trades at a precise and highly accurate rate, as seen here:

• These alerts, while accurate, carry higher risk, and therefore this segment is targeted to those with ample time to focus on trades and alerts and manage risk extremely well.
• Using principles of math, we have developed a strategy that goes beyond trading and taps into the functions of the market itself.

Value Investing

• This is where AA Value Stock Spotlights will be continued to be posted in the usual fashion through long form research pieces in newsletter form.
• Members will be able to discuss their top value ideas with AA writers directly as well as each other.
• Unique value trade alerts will be delivered here, ones that don't make the Value Stock Spotlight given the limited amount of capital in the AA portfolio.
• Includes educational pieces to show the value stock picking process to help members conduct their own analysis and go with their own picks.

Income Investing

• Income investing will be our second long-term/low-risk segment, targeted for members with large amounts of capital looking to make their money work for them efficiently and generate a steady income.
• This segment will feature trade ideas that focus on building an income-oriented portfolio that allows the owner to reap steady cash flows.
• This segment will also feed off of other segments and be used as a risk-averse version of both algorithmic, as well as daytrading, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Includes educational pieces as well as tips on how to manage large portfolios effectively.

In terms of structure, we are splitting this new platform by segment, with the two investing segments falling under their own tier, and the two shorter frame segments falling into another.

These tiers will be "The Investor" and "The Trader" and will be operated independently of each other under the same platform, giving members the additional option to be included in both.

Existing, paying, members of Andy's Angle will be given a transfer membership to "The Investor" as this is our side of the platform and will retain access to future newsletter reports as well.

Further instructions with membership transferalls and pricing details will be announced closer to the close of the merger and the start of the new platform.
